Application Checklist:

You now have two options for applying:

  1. Download the Rental Application (PDF) fill it out, and then drop off the completed application with the application fee
  2. Apply online with the secure form below
  • We require all adult tenants to have a credit and criminal background check. This means FULL legal name on application, as well as Social Security number
  • Complete two year history of residency, including phone numbers
  • We do look at an applicant’s income to determine their ability to pay rent
  • We will not rent a property that costs more than 30% of the applicant’s monthly income
  • 60 days pay stubs will help speed the application process

Once you return your completed application in person or online, our review process takes 24-48 hours to complete. We use your information to check your background, credit, rental history, and employment history. Once our review process is complete, we will call you to let you know if your application has been approved or denied. We look forward to working with you!

    AUTHORIZATION

    I hereby apply to lease the above described premises for the term and upon the conditions above set forth and agree that the rental is to be payable the first day of each month in advance. As an inducement to the owner of the property and to the agent to accept this application I warrant that all statements above set forth are true. If so approved and accepted I agree to execute a lease before possession is given and to pay the security deposit within one (1) business banking days after being notified of acceptance. Hold or security deposit will not be refunded if prospective tenant fails to execute the lease on the property. This agreement shall in no way bind the owner to accept this application for tenancy (the acceptance or rejection of the applicant as a tenant shall remain with the sole discretion of the owner). I also agree to maintain sufficient property damage and liability insurance to fulfill my responsibility under the lease and to have the utilities turned on in the premises under my name prior to taking occupancy after the lease has been signed.

    I authorize you to contact any references that I have listed. I also authorize you to obtain my consumer credit report from your credit reporting agency and periodically re-run this check at any time in the future to verify the truth and accuracy of any information given on this application. I understand that the information provided might be used to determine whether to accept this application. I authorize you to verify all information and obtain a criminal background check. I understand that this application is not a rental agreement and that this application does not create any obligation on the Landlord.
